Errors after updating to latest revision on Windows 7

I upgraded to TeXLive 2021 and I copied all files inside
~/.texlive2020/texmf-var into ~/.texlive2021/texmf-config/ but after
compiling a latex file I get:

(Fatal format file error; I'm stymied)

What should I modify on files inside ~/.texlive2021/texmf-config/ in
order that all works. I'm attaching the tree of the files I have inside.
