tlmgr warning

Hi everybody,

while playing around with tlmgr from pretest and the current published
version - a big Thank You to Karl -, e.g.

sudo tlmgr repository list http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet

I stumbled across the warning:

Use of uninitialized value $m in concatenation (.) or string at
/usr/share/texlive/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLCrypto.pm line 263.

The results were correct AFAIK.

Maybe it's worth to be corrected.
