Exit Code on tlmgr Update Missing

Hi Norbert,


That error happened when I was running the command
```
tlmgr install standalone preview
```
Some packages which was missing with TinyTeX and required for Manim.
Doing that should have failed our CI process when tlmgr itself need to be
updated. It caused some issues on finding where was the error from. If
it failed there it would easy enough for us.
