Texlive installer as a flatpak package

I have no idea about flatpaks and all these new-style bloatware (sorry
for that - but I see snap/flat/whatever always bringing in hundreds of
other binaries and libraries - mostly without a somehow guaranteed
security audit).

Anyway, I understand the problem in flatpak, and I am open to help you
with tlmgr/texlive installation specific problems - so feel free to ask
here or directly me. I have helped to make a chocolatey package, so I
guess I have a bit of an idea about the lurking traps ;-)
