how long for package update to percolate to mirrors?

Version 3.7n of the memoir document class, dated 2020-10-04, appears at ctan.org/pkg./memoir.

How long should it take before that latest version becomes available at repositories so as to be found by the TeXLive Utility?

With TLU I’m using repository http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet and still that memoir version has not yet been listed.
