latex-dev?

Hi,

in my TL20 installation, I only have the binaries xelatex-dev, 
uplatex-dev and platex-dev, but not the other ones (viz. pdf/lua/latex). 
Did I misconfigure anything, or have they been forgotten? And how can I 
add the missing ones?

(BTW: tlmgr.log is really cluttered and hard to read now that it also 
contains the output of format creation etc. Are you sure about that? 
After all, the log files will be copied to texmf-var anyway...)
