Why is quran package installed by default on Texlive2020

  ... and LuaTeX, which was originally developed to typeset texts of
medieval Islamic philosophic.  The project was called OrientalTeX, and
came with an initial grant of $30,000 that funded development time.
Islam literally gave us LuaTeX.
