Problems with updating several texlive-packages (luatex.win32 luajittex.win32 luahbtex.win32)

Dear sir or madam,

I'm running TeXLive on Win10. The installation worked OK (had to run it
twice due to installing problems at the first time) a few days ago and
updated tlmgr and the packages every day since then. Today I got
problems with installing the three a.m. packages via command line (and
GUI as well):

Changing the repository did not help and now I don't know what to do.

Would you please be so kind to help me with that issue?
