bad signatures preventing TL2020 update

Hi,

I can confirm there's a problem, after trying to update from my own
mirror, which mirrored at 1300 CEST

$ tlmgr update -self -all

C:\texlive\2020\texmf-dist\scripts\texlive\tlmgr.pl: signature

020/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb.946bec3336d0e454e010da0e12a59fcf from

Please try from a different mirror and/or wait a few minutes
