How do you access to "expert mode" in tlcockpit?

At least the default mode lets you specify, in Options → General... the
destinations for symlinks for:

- binaries,
- docs,
- man pages.

However, it seems to not provide the:

- "Update symbolic links",
- "Remove symbolic links",

actions, as `tlmgr -gui` provides (in default mode: Actions → Handle
symlinks in system dirs).
