removal of packages this morning

The author told us (CTAN) that these packages are momentarily
broken and that he needed time to put them right again.
He therefore requested us to move these packages temporarily
to the "/obsolete/" branch, which means that they will quasi-
automatically vanish from the distributions, too.

They will re-appear when he submits his bugfixes.

In any case the files can still be obtained via the links on
          https://ctan.org/pkg/PACKAGENAME
