Why do we need the second command / where does it come from? Isn't the
first one fully sufficient?

In any case please fix these symlinks
    texlua -> luahbtex
    texluac -> luahbtex
to point back to luatex as the existing symlinks break context, to start with.

If nothing else the context scheme is now completely defunct because
luahbtex doesn't get installed, thus texlua symlink is invalid and the
whole context infrastructure (all commands which depend on texlua) are
broken as a consequence.
