tl2020 pretest begin

PS: BTW, most-likely the real reason is our environment variable:

    APPDATA=\\server-name\profile$\user-name\AppData\Roaming

I assume the install script looks for APPDATA to create that "TeX Live 
2020" item in the start menu programms?
