PROBLEM FOUND :)

Hi again, found the error:

If we have our user profiles mapped onto a server, then installation 
fails.
If the profiles are local, all is fine.

Usually people would have C:\Users\user-name\
but
we have mapped that, so the path is  \\server-name\profile$\user-name\

I tested like this:

Probably there's no way to change that?

And most-likely only a tiny fraction of users will have such strange 
setup? :)
