ePiX package missing

Hello,

Not that I volunteer, but on 

https://mathcs.holycross.edu/~ahwang/current/ePiX.html

there is a much more recent version (march 2020), with an autoconf based
build system that looks good and recent enough.  I have no idea if it is
fully relocatable or not, and I do not remember what it entails.
