Bug, window of installation wizard is empty (no content)

Hello,
i want to install the current TexLive but when the main installation program
was started the window is empty and nothing happens over minutes.
This "Wish Application" is not closeable und must be killed using the taskmgr.
I can't find any log file to see what is going wrong.
