pdflatex error with fvextra and nimbusmono font

Indeed I didn't have fontools installed.

After installing it, the problem is fixed.

I have both collection-latexextra and collection-fontsextra installed,
but not collection-fontutils.

I thought TeX Live is aware of collection-level dependencies.
Isn't it the case any more?
