Failed to install tex-live

When I set up tex live 2020, I get this:
TeX Live installer invocation: E:/texlive2020/install-tl -from_ext_gui 
Setting up tar with E:/texlive2020/tlpkg/installer/tar.exe as E:\texlive2020\tlpkg\installer\tar.exe didn't work
Setting up wget with E:/texlive2020/tlpkg/installer/wget/wget.exe as E:\texlive2020\tlpkg\installer\wget\wget.exe didn't work
Setting up xz with E:/texlive2020/tlpkg/installer/xz/xz.exe as E:\texlive2020\tlpkg\installer\xz\xz.exe didn't work


xz doesn't work, which cause the install failed.
I don't know why.
