I am confused.

I am asking for replacing README.md (currently used for TL packaging)
with  README.txt (contained in [1]). If `texdoc media4svg/README.txt'
were successful I wouldn't have sent my request here.

For verification I downloaded [1]. README.txt can be found therein.
