Dear Karl,

would you please put README.txt, contained in
http://mirrors.ctan.org/install/macros/latex/contrib/media4svg.tds.zip
in the TeXLive package, instead of README.md? The latter is better suited
for web view, and has therefore been installed in the CTAN pkg directory.
I'd prefer README.txt to be used with texdoc in TeXLive.
