Wrong filename for the tlpdb in ftp.tug.org/texlive/historic/2020/?

Hi Henrik,

    In ftp.tug.org/texlive/historic/2020/ the tlpdb archive is
    named 
    texlive-20190410-tlpdb-full.tar.gz 
    rather than 
    texlive-20200410-tlpdb-full.tar.gz. 

    I suppose that this is just a typo? 

You're right, it was a typo. Got my years confused there.
All the files inside the tarball are dated 2020-04-06, so I renamed it
to texlive-20200406-tlpdb-full.tar.gz. --thanks, karl.
