SDAPS package contained .tex file incorrectly installed as documentation

Hi,

the SDAPS package contains sdapscode128.tex (a barcode generator). It
seems that this is currently installed into the docs directory though.
I guess \.tex should be added to the regular expression in ctan2tds.

If you think there is may be something wrong with the package on CTAN,
then I am happy to look into fixing that.
