LibreOffice uses HarfBuzz, as do a long list of other projects:

 > HarfBuzz is used in Android, Chrome, ChromeOS, Firefox, GNOME, GTK+, 
KDE, LibreOffice, OpenJDK, PlayStation, Qt, XeTeX, and other places.
