Hi,

I split pdftexcmds out of the oberdiek bundle (and dropped the two-dot
copy of the Lua file)

tlmgr update reported this morning


/usr/local/texlive/2019/bin/x86_64-cygwin/tlmgr: (make_container
oberdiek.r52803.tar)
texmf-dist/scripts/oberdiek/oberdiek.pdftexcmds.lua does not exist
/usr/local/texlive/2019/bin/x86_64-cygwin/tlmgr: (make_container
oberdiek.r52803.tar) texmf-dist/tex/generic/oberdiek/pdftexcmds.sty
does not exist

The warnings are correct and the files are installed in the new expected places

/usr/local/texlive/2019/texmf-dist/tex/latex/pdftexcmds/pdftexcmds.sty
/usr/local/texlive/2019/texmf-dist/scripts/pdftexcmds/pdftexcmds.lua

But as there are still some scripts left in the oberdiek bundle that I
hope to split off at some point
is there something I should do to flag this sort of change?
