This is strange ... Karl updated hyperref in svn 52719 yesterday to
the version identifying itself as
	2019/11/06 v7.00b
aahhh, but there is
	7.00c 2019-11-10
on CTAN ...

So I guess that hyperrrf needs to be updated, too. Should be hopefully
in tomorrows rebuild.
