another bug in recent uploads ...?

Hi David,

sorry to bother you again, but with today's upload, I guess hyperref or
so, jadetex format building breaks and our automatic testing before
pushing to CTAN stopped.

The format build of jadetex fails with

 Undefined control sequence.

I checked the changes, and there are some changes to \OpMode usage, but
I didn't check in details.

Could you please look into that?
