A compatibility question

Hi Boris,

I want to combine my bib* scipts (bibdoiadd, bibmradd, bibzbladd) into
a single bibadd binary. I want to be able to call it as bibdoiadd,
    bibmradd, bibzbladd, with different functionality.

First, independent of TL, but FWIW, I strongly suggest also having
cmdline options to specify the functionality, so that users can get the
functionality they want regardless of the invocation name.

How to do this in compatible way so it works under Windows?

You don't have to do anything. When I see the upload on CTAN, I will
rearrange the import script to do the right thing, which will include
copying our generic Windows wrapper for all the names. We have plenty
of other cases like this already, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I know how to do this under Unix: I add to Makefile

FYI, I don't use your (or anyone's) Makefile to import into TL; it's
just for you and people installing direct from CTAN. --best, karl.
