dvipdfmx: g option and non-link annotations

It's possible to distinguish link annotations from others and then
to apply g option setting only to them.
However, it would be better handled to apply g option setting
only to annotations created by dvipdfm bann/eann (and html)
specials, where annotation rectangle is automatically determined
as a bounding box of text inserted between bann/enn pair.
(which is often a tight box sorrounding text)
As for other annotations created by dvipdfm pdf:annot special,
annotation rectangle must be explicitly specified by users, so it
is natural to think that g option value is not applied to them.

I think it is reasonable to change the dvipdfmx behavior so that
it applies g option value only to annotations created by dvipdfm
pdf:bann/eann and html specials although it is not dvipdfm
compatible behavior.

I'll consider implementing it.
