Libertinus Serif bold has dissappeared

Calling fonts residing in the texmf by font name works on linux only
if you extend the font config. Did you do this?

Did you check which fonts are found by xelatex and used? You can add
\XeTeXtracingfonts=1 to the document and compile with

xelatex --no-pdf file 
xdvipdfmx -vv file

to get more info.
