Adding hyphenex to collection-langenglish

I cannot answer your question, but would nonetheless like to report that 
when I type "TeXdoc hyphenex" (which I did in order to try to learn 
about your package), the document that opened was "hyphenat.pdf" which 
appears unrelated.
