pinning tlcontrib: warning that package has no match

I added tlcontrib as another repository:

tlmgr repository list
List of repositories (with tags if set):
        http://contrib.texlive.info/current (tlcontrib)
        http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet (main)

but if I try to pin a package I get a warning that there is no match

tlmgr pinning add tlcontrib classico
tlmgr.pl: package repositories
        main = http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet
(verified)
        tlcontrib = http://contrib.texlive.info/current (verified)
tlmgr (TLPDB): pinning warning: the package pattern classico on the
line:
  tlcontrib:classico
  does not match any package
tlmgr.pl: new pinning data for tlcontrib: classico

What is going on?

(I'm on windows 10).
