Seeing the discussion for macos I tried to call tlcockpit on windows 10. java -jar C:\texlive\2019\texmf-dist\scripts\tlcockpit\tlcockpit.jar works fine for me, the gui starts without errors, But the call "tlcockpit" doesn't work.
