I rebuilt the TL19 images (thanks to all the arch builders for repeated quick action) and as far as I know what we've got now in ftp://tug.org/texlive/Images/test/ is what will be released. No more commits planned until after the image goes to manufacturing. Manfred, please give the full TC another whirl ... --thanks, karl.
