[tex-live] Gregorio Pretest Binary

I downloaded and installed the TeXLive 2018 pretest today and it appears 
that the new version of the GregorioTeX files (5.1.0) have been imported 
into the 2018 pretest tree, but the gregorio binary has not been updated 
to the same version.  It remains at 5.0.2 and thus files using 
GregorioTeX won't work with the 2018 pretest.  Is there any problem with 
building that new binary for TeXLive that we need to fix or is this 
simply a timing issue?  If it's a timing issue, when should we expect 
the new binary to be built so that we can test to make sure everything 
is working as intended in the pretest?
