[tex-live] --recorder output with luatex miss full pathes sometimes

I can confirm that this bug also exists in the OS-X versions of
lualatex, and in TeXLive 2016, as well as in the MS-Windows versions
reported by Ulrike.
This is an actual bug IMO, because the fls file is supposed to indicate
correct dependency information.
