just a note to ask if you could please give me the email/contact
for someone in the TeXLive team - there is no such info
on the texlive website unfortunaely.

alternatively, perhaps you could forward this email
to someone on the TeXLive team for me.

I am Dick Nickalls (dick at nickalls.org), and I am an author
of the Rubik bundle of packages.
I have just recently uploaded a new version (=v5) which
Manfred Lotz has kindly installed on CTAN.

The problem is that  the  manual file (man file) for
the Perl program (rubikrotation.1) failed to be placed in
the correct dir in the 2017 TeXLive dvd.
Instead of being put in a /doc/man/man1/  directory, it
was instead put in the /doc/tex/latex/rubik.. and consequently
the man file failed to work (be accessed) out of the 2017 box.

So, I am now trying to contact someone in the TeXLive team,
to draw this problem to their attention, and to ask
that the man file be placed correctly in the 2018 TeXLive dvd.
Since the 2018 TeXLive system is soon to start, I feel
there is some urgency to contact the TEXLive team
before the Rubik bundle is packaged.
