[tex-live] Very good news for windows users

Today I just installed TexLive 2017, on windows 10 pro and fedora 25,
checking the utilities that texlivefor windows brings me I realize that
pdftoppm, pdftops, pdfimage are no longer taken from xpdf but from
poppler:) ... now Includes ALL the utilities to manage pdf provided by
poppler utils, like pdftocairo for example. Very excited about all the
great work and this new novelty.
