[tex-live] Update error texliove 2017

Just wanted to not that I saw it in 64-bit Win10.

Perhaps the latest Win10 changed something?

Ignore. This is a known error that I have only seen happening on
32-bits Windows, and I do not know of a fix. It fails to remove a
filetype, but as long as this filetype is no longer associated with
a filename extension, its continued existence should not make a
practical difference.

Since you were doing an update, I guess this registry entry would be
rewritten anyway.
