Indeed, the wordcount.sh is not there ... ctan2tds says in sub
MAKEwordcount:
 print "YOU-MUST-DO! update /tmp/wordcount.sh to source/texk/texlive\n";
It seems something has gone wrong, as the wordcount is nowhere to be
found in tl.
