Darn it. I'll fix it in TeX Live in the initial update after the release.

Sure; that’ll be fine.

The good news is …

Apart from the ICC license file, the others are only used in extremely
special, esoteric situations.

e.g., doing all the artwork in LaTeX (e.g. book-cover, technical posters,
magazine pages with colored graphics) requiring high-end printing.
Currently, if this was done with TeX/LaTeX, you’d probably take the PDF
into Acrobat (or other Adobe software) to add the desired Color Profile.
Now pdfx allows the profile specification to be added directly into the
 PDF/X document being built.
Pretty esoteric, but potentially useful to some users.

armglyphs.dfu contains the requisite \pdfglyphtounicode instructions
to allow a valid /ToUnicode map to be generated by pdfTeX
for OT6 (Armenian) fonts, as used by ArmTeX.
Again, pretty esoteric.

If anyone needs these before the update, it’s pretty easy to tell them
where to find the files.
