[tex-live] [PATCH] CWEB+XDvi (1/2): support for source specials

    Would the web2c maintainers please let me know how such a feature
    (either this implementation, or another) might get included?

It's Knuth who maintains cweb nowadays, including cwebmac.tex.  So I
need to ask him.  He has been receptive to other cwebmac.tex fixes
(small bug fixes, not new features like this), but I can't predict what
he will say (or when he will say it).  I'll keep you posted.  Thanks for
