[tex-live] Error: Unknown format directive

Hi Norbert,

thanks for the quick reply. Indeed, the old installer was the problem. I downloaded that once but did not use it at that time, then forgot about it and now just used it without considering to get a new one. (We do not use that machine too often)
However, as my colleague tried the installation, I think she had a fresh installer. That's why I did not try with a new one for me since I thought it should be the same error.

Anyways, problem solved,
