[tex-live] geschichtsfrkl is not correctly installed

    tlmgr puts from geschichtsfrkl only some files in source and doc,
    but nothing in tex/latex.
    tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/biblatex-contrib/geschichtsfrkl
