    I removed that directory on June 15, after the merge into graphics

    It also doesn't exist in my daily-updated dev installation.
    So I don't know why it is still there in yours ... -k

our installation is dated june 12,
so it was before your update.  okay,
that question answered.  must have
been a few days between updating
graphics and the removal, since all
the files associated with rotating
are certainly in the "right place".
