[tex-live] [pretest] xelatex does nothing

Thanks for this info. But it does not help to resolve the problem here.
I don't find something wrong in my path.

The problem remains even after calling

set path=C:\Programme\texlive\2016\bin\win32

I also openend a command prompt inside
C:\Programme\texlive\2016\bin\win32 and called xelatex. All the same.
