[tex-live] option --dry-run to backup action did not output anything

Indeed, but it should have logged something into
	tlmgr.log
(in TEXMFSYSVAR/web2c), even in dry-run mode.

Indeed, but it overrides the autobackup option, so well,
for now one has to live with that.

You did nothing wrong - if you don't want any actual action,
use --dry-run .
