[tex-live] issue with `tlmgr paper` reporting undefined for pdftex

Thanks, I have done the update from tlcritical and I can confirm 
that the problem with  TeXLive Utility on Mac OS X is gone and
that tlmgr paper now reports

Current pdftex paper size (from /usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/tex/generic/config/pdftexconfig.tex): a4
