[tex-live] lualatex, graphicx, hyperref

Dear TeX Live team,

I'm not sure if you are the correct addressee, but I'm sure that one of 
you is able to help!

The attached code compiles fine with the command

pdflatex hyperref_01

and the behaviour of the compiled .pdf presentation is correct: clicking
on one of the rectangle surrounded characters leads to a jump to the
according foil.

If however the code is compiled by

lualatex hyperref_01

it is still correctly compiled, but the links aren't active anymore!

If the lines 52 and 63 are outcommented (\resizebox{...}) and the code
is compiled again, the links are active. 

Is this a known behaviour, is it documented anywhere? If not, is it to
be fixed sooner or later?

Btw, I can't omit the \resizebox{...} because in the original code I
have a larger picture which must be resized.
