[tex-live] Error when trying to use TeX Live's 2015 tlmgr on FreeBSD 9.3

Indeed, I read the info about the ports later.

Don't worry, the dir file is irrelevant for that.

I need to fix that in tlmgr *NOT* to install the dir file itself.

The dir file is here for people adjusting the INFOPATH ...
