[tex-live] Error when trying to use TeX Live's 2015 tlmgr on FreeBSD 9.3

Yes, kpsewhich is in /usr/local/bin/ BUT LINK? 
to /usr/local/texlive/2015/bin/i386-freebsd/kpsewhich?

This is ls -l, file and ldd command results from my i386 laptop.
I am running FreeBSD 9.3 on both my i386 laptop and on my amd64
workstation. On both I have installed TeX Live 2015 and BOTH have
the same problem with tlmgr. As I wrote in my intial message this
problem with the tlmgr has not been there before this year's TeX Live
distribution. Since 2009 I never have had any problems with the tlmgr.

For now I have written two shell scripts to overcome the problem. One to
update TeX Live packages and one to update tlmgr self, in accordance
with what Zdeněk Wagner wrote on September 30, 2015: 
"As a temporary solution it is possible to call tlmgr by specifying the 
full path in /usr/local/texlive/2015/bin/$ARCH, it works."
